A collection of photographs, letters and ephemera related to ballerina Svetlana Beriosova, including: three photograph by Anthony Crickmay, two being studio portraits of Beriosova and one featuring the ballerina in a dancing pose; a group of photographs featuring Svetlana's husband, psychoanalist Masud Khan; six pairs of pink silk ballet shoes, one signed by Beriosova in blue ink; a Tiffany & Co powder case with engraved inscription to "my beloved Svetlana"; a large selection of black and white candid photographs of Beriosova, mostly featuring the ballerina on stage or during training sessions; tickets to Royal Opera House Performances, newspaper clippings; also including: two typed letter from Margot Fonteyn to a Pauline Packer, one saying "How very kind of you to write me such a sweet letter saying so many nice things about my performance last Saturday night", one page, 8vo, 12th November 1962; the other thanking the recipient for the "lovely flowers, which you sent for my first performance at Covent Garden", one page, 8vo, 11 November 1963; a copy of Money (Keith) Fonteyn. The Making of a Legend, signed and inscribed by Margot Fonteyn, dust-jacket, large 4to, Collins, 1973; and two other volumes on ballet (quantity)
