A fine Tabriz rug, north-west Persia

Approx: 209cm. x 141cm. Elegant design with veery well drawn floral motifs and good colour combination. Apart of very small dot like wear to the pile on the edge of one end, barely visible, this rug has very good pile, soft wool. Selvages original. Ends with original kilim and fringes. Fine weave, approx: 7 x 7 knots per sq. cm. In general, this rug is in very good usable condition. Very good furnishing piece.
