Seven silver gelatin prints, all but one vintage, comprising: the cover image from the 1986 re-issue of Collier's publication "Visual Anthropology: Photography as a Research Method", silver gelatin print pasted down to board, overall measuring 27 x 34cm, signed by the photographer in felt-tip pen in the lower right image; a view of an Ecuadorian woman cooking, 1946, image/sheet size 20 x 26.5cm, signed, titled and dated by the photographer in pencil verso; a young Ecuadorian man at a spinning wheel, 1946, image/sheet size 35 x 27.5cm, signed, titled, and dated by the photographer in pencil verso; a celebration scene, sheet size 27.5 x 35cm, signed by the photographer in ink verso; two Navajo portraits, image/sheet sizes 24 x 19cm, one signed and titled by the photographer in ink and pencil verso; and one still life study of keys in door locks, image/sheet size 33.5 x 27cm, signed by the photographer in pencil verso.
