A Victorian sterling silver card case, Birmingham 1880 by Frederick Marson
Of shaped rectangular form with a hinged lid. Engraved with aesthetic style decoration of pond plants and rushes attended to by two cranes, the obverse a parrakeet within a rectangular reserve truncating an engine turned fan, below prunus flowers. Fully marked to the base flange, the lid with duty mark only.
