A William IV sterling silver vinaigrette, Birmingham 1832 by Joseph Willmore

Of rectangular form with engine turned decoration. The hinged lid raised by a chased foliate scroll thumbpiece. the gilt interior with a hinged pierced grill of foliate scrolls centred with a flower head. Fully marked between lid and base, lion passant only to grill. Together with a Victorian sterling silver vinaigrette, Birmingham 1856 by Edward Smith. Of shaped rectangular form with waisted sides and chased scrolling decoration. The gilt interior with inscription 'From AMB & EEB' and a pierced hinged grill. Together with another Victorian example by Edward smith, Birmingham 1862. Of bombé rectangular form with chased scrolling decoration on both sides. Fully marked, duty mark only to grill.
