A pair of George II provincial sterling silver beakers, Newcastle 1740 by Isaac Cookson (free. 1728, d. 1754)
Of tapering cylindrical form upon a spreading circular foot with a caulked and incised rim. The front engraved with a contemporary coat of arms within foliate mantling and strapwork reserved with lattice work. Gilt interiors. Each fully marked underneath. (2)
