Carbon print, printed later, in its original frame, image size 145 x 195mm, frame size 255 x 355mm, signed by the photographer in pencil lower left image, with Sutcliffe's Whitby studio stamp frame verso, hand-annotated "The Storm, Copyright No. 2070". Additionally inscribed on frame verso "To Mary, From Lillie / Many Happy Returns of the Day / March 1st 1943."
