Treat a special person in your life to afternoon tea in the exclusive Memebers' Club at Olympic Studios in Barnes, home to the Olympic Cinema. Then proceed to the Sipsmith distillery for a tour and tutored gin tasting.

The elegant Olympic Studios Members' club is the perfect place to indulge in cucumber or coronation chicken sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, then cakes of the lemon, chocolate or orange variety, all washed down with your favourite teas.

Once your delectable afternoon tea has settled you could proceed together with your guest to Sipsmith distillery, a short ride away across the river. You'll be greeted with a ginny tipple, and taken through the chequered history of gin making, learming how Sipsmith came into being. The distillery's 'three copper ladies' - Prudence, verity and Constance will take centre stage as you learn how Sipsmith's award-winning spirits are carefully hand-crafted, while you sample a range of their specialist gins.
