A Victorian sterling silver ‘castle top’ card case, Birmingham 1849 by Nathaniel Mills
Of shaped rectangular form with a hinged lid. The front engraved with a distant view of a castle before rolling hills and a church in the midground, with in a C scroll cartouche. The obverse with a cartouche engraved with initials RPP in cypher. Otherwise with engine turned bands alternating with plain bands. Fully marked to the base bezel.
