A mid-19th century Austrian 13 loth (812 standard) silver fish slice, Vienna 1840 by Stefan Mayerhofer and Carl Klinkosch (reg. 1831)

The scimitar shaped blade with pierced and engraved decoration of scrolling foliage. The shaped and threaded filled silver handle with a shell junction, engraved with a cypher TK in cursive script flourished, surmounted by a count’s coronet. Marked to blade base, makers mark STM & CK.
