A mid to late 19th century Anglo Indian colonial silver soup ladle, Calcutta circa 1860-80 by Robert Hamilton & Co

Fiddle and Thread pattern, double struck. The terminal engraved with a continental European coat of arms surmounted by an Italian Counts coronet. Marked with an A, incuse crescent tally mark, H&C, Elephant.
