Pale pistacchio green palmette spandrels in blue border of rosettes and flowering vine between floral ribbon and zig-zag stripes. Outer plain stripe. Approx.396cm x 349cm. Classic for this typecopying early medallion Ushak design carpets. This piece has wear on the field and borders doen to knot-collar and below. Ends with slight loss to the guard stripe. Salvages original with touches of fraying in one or two places. Despite imperfections, this carpet is still in fair usable condition. Very good square size. Popular type.
