The Royal Atlas of Modern Geography, 48 double-page engraved maps hand-coloured in outline and watercourses printed in blue, each with index, some spotting, publisher’s advertisement for the separate index tipped in at front (torn), further advertisement at rear, a little light foxing but generally very clean, original half morocco, gilt-stamped, rubbed, folio, William Blackwood, 1863; with The Physical Atlas of Natural Phenomena, second edition, 35 coloured double-page maps, and 7 in-text engravings, as called for, spine lacking and boards detached, 1856 (2)
