The steel shaft of tubular shape, plain, ending in a bulbous pommel, the head with typical crescentic cutting edge, the outline embellished with a band of gold-damascened crosses, cusped vegetal cartouches on the top and bottom, and interlocking floral sprays on the butt, the pommel screwed in and releasing a steel stiletto dagger, the axe 56.5cm long, the concealed stiletto dagger 22.5cm long.
