A Chinese blue and white 'figural' jug, Transitional period, Chongzhen period
過渡期及明崇禎 青花高士圖壺

The pear-shaped body raised on a splayed foot and set with a looping strap handle, painted around the exterior with a continuous figural scene depicting two scholars seated in a woodland clearing as attendants bring them offerings, with bands of flowerheads and leafy sprays
