A pair of late 19th / early 20th century Persian (Iranian) silver long necked bottles, Shiraz circa 1900
Qajar dynasty. Each of compressed circular form upon a domed circular foot. the tall tapering cylindrical necks with a central knop between disc sections, terminating in hinged domed lids surmounted by a detachable fruit form finial. The bodies with central protrusion with chased monabbat-kari of roses above a border of acanthus leaves, an outer band of trailing foliage, repeated on the domed foot. (2)
