A CHINESE DUAN 'LION DOG' INK STONE.
Qing Dynasty, 19th Century.
The rectangular body carved above the ink well with a reclining lion dog with a curly mane and tail, the stone of dark brown colour, incised with a Jiaqing yuan nian mark to the underside, 20.5 x 12cm.
