An early to mid-20th century Vietnamese silver bottle, Huế circa 1930, marked Da Fu
Of baluster form with a waisted neck, the pull off domed lid surmounted by a pyriform finial. The body with four panels of chased decoration of a Quillin, a Chinese dragon amidst clouds, water lily, and a phoenix amidst flames, each reserved with triangular punch work. The upper section with flat chased bands of decoration, the neck with leaf forms. Marked underneath in Chinese 大福 (DA FU) twice.
