A William IV sterling silver vinaigrette, Birmingham 1831 by Nathaniel Mills
Of rectangular form, the hinged lid raised by a chased foliate scroll thumbpiece. Engine turned decoration the lid with a vacant rectangular cartouche. The gilt interior with a hinged pierced grill of foliate scrolls centred with a flower head. Fully marked between lid and base, makers mark and lion passant only to grill.
