A MIXED GROUP OF CHINESE EXPORT SILVER

Comprising a mesh bracelet with applied characters, clap deficient, marked with 90 and artisan mark only. Three hair pins, one with mother of pearl centre applied with a character, Hong Kong circa 1900 retailed by Kwan Wo, marked KW and an artisan mark, two other hairs pins with embossed or chased decoration, marked with artisan marks only. Together with a 1909 Manchurian Provinces 20 Fen – Xuantong coin mounted as a brooch, housed in a card case branded for Friedrich Eilers Jeweller Tientsin. Together with three Chinese dress studs, an Elizabeth II sterling silver napkin ring, Birmingham 1975, a George IV 1821 half crown, the reverse later enamelled and mounted as a brooch, a Victorian oval locket, Birmingham 1898 by WMC (untraced), engraved with a bird, attached to a base metal chain.
