An early 20th century Chinese Export silver table lighter, Canton circa 1910 retailed by Wang Hing

Qing dynasty, formed as a Chinese dragon on four feet, the body with textured decoration and applied engraved and cut sheet work. The head removable with a screw thread. Marked to each foot with retailers mark WH, numeral 90 and artisan mark JIA JI 佳記.
