An early 20th century sterling silver and enamel compact / powder box
Of circular form with a hinged lid. The sides and top with red guilloche enamel, centring a gilt and white enamel maltese cross with floral and scrolling border. Plain underside. Stamped with import marks to base and lid bezel.
