Qing Dynasty, Kangxi period.

Each with a rim divided into lobes and painted with birds in flowers, the central panel depicting a grasshopper among rocks and blossoms, 22.5cm diameter. (2)

Provenance: from the collection of Frances L. Dickson (1876 - 1967), thence by descent.
