A late 19th century Chinese export silver bowl, Canton circa 1890 by Qiu Ji, retailed by Wang Hing
Qing dynasty. Of hemispherical form with a moulded rim upon a collet foot. The body with embossed decoration in chrysanthemum pattern against a matted ground. Marked underneath with retailer’s mark WH, numeral 90, and artisan mark 求記 (QIU JI).
