Murray, [n.d. c. 1790]. 8vo. 20 engraved plates (some light browning). Contemporary half calf with marbled boards (spine rebacked, boards rubbed). [With:] Curious and Useful Miscellaneous Articles (includes separate half title. COPAC doesn't call for a title page for the second part of this work). With History of the Staffordshire Potteries and the Rise and Progress of the Manufacture of Pottery and Porcelain (Hanley, G. Jackson, 1829, spotting and browning, later half brown cloth with original boards, rubbed). Please note there is an additional book in this lot, namely E. Rudge's An Introduction to the Study of Painting, arranged under three heads, viz. Geometry, Perspective, and Light and Shadow (London, 1828, contemporary boards). (3)
