An early 20^th century Chinese Export silver kettle on stand, Shanghai circa 1920 by Jing Quan, retailed by Wing Nam of Hong Kong

Of compress circular form upon four bamboo modelled feet, with a curved bamboo modelled spout, the opposable bamboo modelled overhead handle, a hinged domed lid surmounted with a bamboo modelled finial. The body with an embossed trailing Chinese dragon, the lid with flat chased bamboo, a vacant circular cartouche to the side. The X frame stand modelled as bamboo with a central removable spirit burner. Marked underneath each foot of stand and kettle with retailer’s mark WN and artisan mark 景泉(JING QUAN).
