The khal’at (robe of honour) length of red wool twill tapestry-woven in polychrome wools with alternating rows of small buti, infilled and interspersed with floral motifs, the lower loom end chain-stitched in white silk with a cartouche containing numbers and words relating to the special commission, 262cm x 122cm.
