A CHINESE BLUE AND WHITE 'CONG' VASE.

Qing Dynasty, six character Qianlong mark and possibly of the period.

The square-section body decorated to each side with five blossoms on a floral scroll ground and moulded to each corner with four recessed square panels, each enclosing a single raised rib on a foliate scroll ground, all supported on a short splayed foot with a diaper pattern, the short tapering neck painted with floral diaper and ruyi head bands, 36.5cm H.
