Each dish painted to the interior with a pair of five-clawed dragons soaring through clusters of swirling clouds in pursuit of gilt-painted flaming pearls, all on a dark-blue enamel ground, the exterior with a quintet of iron-red bats, the base with a six-character Daoguang seal mark in iron-red
