A cased Victorian 15 carat gold thimble, Birmingham 1890 by John William Kirwan & Co
Decorated with applied thread work and globules, engraved J.C. S.M 1890. Within original velvet lined leather cased with gilt tooled initials to outside J.C.S.M, the lining with ‘Marshall & Sons, 87 George St. Edinburgh.
Height – 2.4 cm / 0.9 inches
Weight – 5 grams / 0.161 ozt
