Comprising a miscellanous group of five Iranian blue and white pottery dishes imitating Chinese porcelains, each of different size and similar shape, three with scalloped rims, the decorative motifs ranging from birds and figural depictions to stylised peonies, vegetal sprays, stylised lotus flowers, Chinese cloud patterns, prunus blossoms, Chinese gardens and knotwork bands, one dish with deep cobalt blue bird motifs around the edges, signed 'Amal-e Muhammad' and dated 1312AH (1894), the largest 25cm diam. and the smallest 15.5cm diam.
