The gold shanks of the ring plain, stamped 18K, the bezel decorated with an oval polychrome-painted enamel portrait of the second Shah of the Qajar Era, Fath 'Ali Shah, wearing his gem-studded royal crown and a bejewelled pink robe, the ring 2cm diam. and the miniature portrait 1.8cm x 1.5cm.
