Oil on canvas, comprising three oval-cut bust portraits of courtly Qajar ladies, each one wearing a single-stringed pearl necklace around the neck and a pair of pearl earrings, their cleavage enhanced with fresh roses, blue flowers and foliage, two wearing flowers in their hair as well, every face featuring the quintessential elements of Qajar physiognomy such as perfectly arched, dark eyebrows; hazelnut-coloured eyes; dark, curly hair; plump, rose-shaped lips; and rosy cheeks, each approximately 26cm x 18cm.
