In soft light beige border of similar design, between floral Arabesque and plain stripes. Signature cartouche at one end, approx: 230cm. x 155cm. Very good type with soft pastel colours. This rug has a full pile of very soft kurk wool. Selvages original. Ends with original kilim and fringes. Very slight fraying to the kilim in one corner. Loss of fringes to a small area at the other end. Extremely fine weave, approx. 10 x 10 knots sq. cm., woven on sink foundation. In general this rug is in very good useable condition. Very elegant piece.
