Possibly Gujarat, North-Western India, Indian Sultanate period, 15th century
The red silk lampas woven in green, white, and yellow silk with bold stars and flowerheads in circles and lobed cartouches, divided in a grid by a narrow band of scrolling foliage, laid on red crepe on a stretcher, 15cm x 74cm, 26cm x 84cm including the mount.
