A PAIR OF CHINESE CELADON-GLAZED 'WALL VASE' PLAQUES.

Each formed as a tapered vase raised on a splayed foot, moulded with taotie masks between bands of lappets and banana leaves, the shoulder beneath a flared neck moulded with elephant head handles, all coated with a thick celadon enamel with grey crackles, 19.5cm H. (2)
