A mid-20th century Vietnamese silver mounted glass tea tray with cups and saucers, circa 1960
Rectangular gorm with embossed mounts of trees, sailing ships and distant mountains. The saucers of octagonal form with chased and pierced foliate edge, the centres engraved with a shou symbols. The Chinese porcelain cups painted with Chinese dragons chasing the mystic pearl, the silver mounts forming a dragon form handle. The saucers marked Vietnam and 0.900, also with Russian Soviet era control marks (post-1958), control marks to cup mounts, tray unmarked.
