Corot (Jean-Baptiste-Camille)

Autograph letter signed ('C. Corot') to a gentleman, in French. Corot informs his correspondent that he would be delighted to show him his workshop on Monday the 17^th, explaining "I have chosen to do this on the Monday, so that you can go and visit Mr. Robaut, who lives very near me, on Lafayette Street…..", one page, integral leaf, in very good condition, small 8vo, n.p., 8 March 1873

Alfred Robaut (1830-1909) French Lithographer & Printer who published the first catalogues raisonnes of Corot and Eugene Delacroix’s works.
