Folmer Graflex K20 4x5 USAF Aerial Camera. A hand-held 4x5 aerial camera as used in WWII. Shutter appears to cock and fire in-body, but front of shutter assembly and lens detached. Also a Langham Thompson Land Camera for instant Polaroid images.
