A Victorian unmarked gold mounted ruby glass scent bottle, London circa 1850 by Thomas Diller (1807-71, reg. 1828)

Of globular form, the hinged inverted baluster lid with a push button release, the centre of lid engraved Isabella, otherwise all over finely engraved with foliate scrolls with lattice work reserves. The interior with a push glass section, with a crown encircled DILLER.
