Qing Dynasty, 18th Century.

The recumbent animal looking forward, his ears flat against the head with a finely defined foretop, his legs tucked underneath the body, the stone with some white mottling and russet striations, together with a reticulated wood stand, 20cm long. (2)

Provenance: an English private collection.
