A cased George III sterling silver and mother of pearl travelling fruit knife and fork, Sheffield circa 1790, no makers mark

Each with gadrooned ferrule, folding blade or prong section. Housed within an original gilt tooled Moroccan leather two-part case. Duty mark and lion passant to silver section, the ferrule and silver sections with additional later French guarantee mark.

Case length – 8.5 cm / 3.25 inches
