An early 20^th century German Art Deco silver and lacquer compact circa 1925

Of rectangular form with split opening lid released by a marquisate set thumbpiece. The interior with a red lacquer chinoiserie decorated hinged mirror lifted by a circular mother of pearl inset pull to reveal a powder compartment. Stamped Germany and Sterling to lid bezel.
