A set of four George II sterling silver candlesticks, London 1750 by William Gould
Each of shaped square form with moulded sides, the central columns with tapering facets leading to a gadrooned knop, terminating in plain circular capitals. Each with removable shaped and everted sconces. Each engraved to the vase with a crest of a cock. Each fully marked underneath, some part-marks to capitals, the sconces unmarked. (4)
