Heitz, Strasbourg & Paris, 1825 & Palm van der (Johannes Henricus) Redevoering op het vierde Eeuwfeest van de uitvinding der boekdrukknst, browned, modern paper boards, new endpapers, Vincent Loosjes, 1823, 8vo (3) *** The first title is a very rare sale catalogue (a total of 1.812 lots) of books about science & arts. Michel-Louis Le Camus de Limare (1722-1794) owned one of the most important private libraries of the end of the 18th century, specializing in the field of natural sciences. This collection was dispersed in March 13, 1786, during a public sale where the Royal Library acquired many lots, for a total sum of 12,000 books.
