A VERY RARE CIRCULAR PAPIER-MÂCHÉ SNUFF BOX WITH THE BUST OF LORD BYRON Germany, c. 1830, attributed to Evers Nachfolger Wolfenbuttel (1822-38) The box being of circular form with a pull-off cover, painted with a portrait of Lord Byron, the interior of the lid inscribed 'Lord Byron' in red cursive script, incuse stamped to base interior, diam. 12.3cm and 4.9cm high.
