Angot via Jacobea (publisher), Paris – Elzevir (printer), Leiden, [c. 1640?]

*** Rare edition of this emblematic Christian work next to the Bible, printed in Leiden, and in fine binding, À la Du Seuil’. Augustine De Seuil was a French bookbinder, famous for very elegant bindings, generally adorned with thin golden threads, ending at the corners with flower shapes.
