***In 1976 this hauntingly beautiful woman appeared on the cover of Glenn Boyer's book "I Married Wyatt Earp" (University of Arizona Press). Ever since she has often been identified as Earp's wife, Josephine. Boyer insisted it was a picture of Josephine from 1880 but the picture was actually copyrighted in 1914.
