The Pascal - The World's First Camera with Automatic Film Transport

The Pascal by Japy Frères. The World's First Camera with Automatic Film Transport* In use the film was wound through the camera and the motor spring was tensioned. After each exposure, the film was rewound automatically by the clockwork motor. A rare camera, it shows signs of heavy use, shutter and clockwork motor inoperative.
