A VICTORIAN TAXIDERMY GROUP OF RAPTORS by McCleay & Son, Naturalists, Inverness, with the following specimens: a male and female merlin (Flaco Columbarius); a male and female hen harrier (Circus cyaneus); a male and female peregrine falcon (Falco peregrinus); a male kestrel (Falco tinnunculus); a male and female Eurasian sparrowhawk (Accipiter nisus); a male Eurasian hobby (Falco subbuteo); a male and female buzzard (Buteo buteo) and a male red kite (Milvus milvus), the underside of the pine case signed in pencil 'Preserved by McCleay & Son, Naturalists, Inverness, July 1894', 107cm high x 126cm wide x 46cm deep
